By the time you reach the interview, the interviewer has seen your resume and has an idea of what level of experience you bring to the table. Even if you are an entry level jobseeker, it doesn’t mean you don’t offer a unique value. You were invited to interview because the employer recognized your potential as a good fit. Hiring managers and recruiters do not waste time scheduling interviews unless they have good reason to believe the candidate will solve their problem of finding the right person for the job. Let this be a confidence boost for your next interview! And of course, prepare for the interview properly, so you can answer each question thoroughly, yet concisely. And don’t forget to ask the interviewer questions!
